Booking Confirmation
Confirmed only by email or SMS: Your reservation is not valid until you receive a confirmation message from us.
Early arrivals: If guests from your group arrive before the original booker, they may gain entry by referencing the booker’s name.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation deadline: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking. Cancellations can be processed via the ‘Reservations’ button on the site.
No-shows: Failure to attend your booking without prior cancellation will result in a “No Show” being marked on your name. A deposit will be required for any future bookings.
Management discretion: We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time without liability. We will notify you by email if your reservation has been cancelled.
Group Bookings
Minimum spend: For dining table bookings of 10 or more, a minimum head spend of R350 per person applies, along with a 10% service charge.
Deposit requirement: A deposit of R150 per person is required upon confirmation for bookings of 10 or more.
Guest Responsibilities
By making a booking, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so and accept financial responsibility for all bookings under your name.
Guests under the age of 23 will not be permitted entry unless otherwise stipulated by management.
No Firearms
Rights of admission reserved: Entry is at the discretion of management.
Venue Policies
Dress code: No caps or shorts are permitted after 7 PM.
Smoking policy: The Dining Area is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the Tapas Area.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.
